Wear plates are abrasion resistant plates or liners that are used to reduce wear and tear in surfaces that are exposed to intense rolling abrasion and impact. Produced out of a duplex material that generally consist of a tough, wear resistant alloy coating and a shock absorbing steel or chromium steel backing plate, these combined properties enable the product to perform under extreme conditions.
VIEW DETAILS +Stainless steel sheet/plate is versatile and used in a variety of applications. It is primarily selected for its resistance to corrosion, longevity and formability. Our stainless steel sheet/plate is available in 300, 400 and 600 series. Each type has its own characteristics.
VIEW DETAILS +ASTM A283 is a carbon steel plate for general structural use with low to medium tensile strength. The ASTM A283 steel specification covers four structural quality grades of low carbon steel plates for general application, Grade A, B, C, and D.
VIEW DETAILS +NM500 steel plate is a high-strength wear-resistant steel plate with high wear resistance. NM500 wear-resistant steel plate is widely used in engineering machinery, environmental protection machinery, metallurgical machinery, abrasives, bearings and other product parts.
VIEW DETAILS +A36 is an American standard carbon structural plate, which is subject to ASTM A36/A36M. This standard is applicable to riveting, bolting and welding structures for bridges and buildings, as well as general purpose structural steel quality carbon steel sections, plates and bars.
VIEW DETAILS +Carbon steel plate is steel where the main alloying constituent is carbon, is a low carbon steel that exhibits good strength coupled with formability . Standards: ASTMA53, ASTM A573, ASTM A283, GB/T 700-2006, GB/T711-2008, JIS G3101, JIS G3131, JIS G3016 Material: Q195, Q215, Q235B, Q345B, S235JR, S355JR, SS400, etc
VIEW DETAILS +Hardox 400: Hardox 400 is carbon steel with a carbon content of less than 0.8%. This steel contains less sulfur, phosphorus and non-metallic inclusions than carbon structural steel, and has better mechanical properties. Hardox Steel can be divided into three categories according to the carbon content: low carbon steel (C≤0.25%), medium carbon steel(C is 0.25-0.6%) and high carbon steel (C>0.6%).
VIEW DETAILS +Shipbuilding Steel: Shipbuilding Steel is carbon steel with a carbon content of less than 0.8%.
